Class is May 25 to July 6, excludes June 1 for a total of 6 weeks. Cardio Kickboxing is a fun, high-energy workout that combines martial arts-inspired movements with cardio exercises to build fitness, strength, and coordination. Open to youth ages 12+ and adults, this all-levels program welcomes beginners with no prior experience required. It is a great way to relieve stress, clear your mind, and take a break from daily worries in an active, supportive environment. It also offers a great opportunity for youth and parents to work out together and strengthen their relationship through shared activity.
