This gentle Tai Chi class is designed for adults and seniors who want to improve their health, manage chronic conditions, and stay active in a safe, supportive environment. Tai Chi is a low-impact form of exercise known to support overall wellness and is especially beneficial for those dealing with common age-related health concerns. Participants will learn slow, flowing movements combined with breathing and relaxation techniques that can help support: Balance and stability (helpful for fall prevention) Joint health and stiffness, including symptoms of arthritis. Circulation and heart health; stress, anxiety, and sleep quality. Mild chronic pain and muscle tension.
